I built what I couldn’t find when I needed it most.
I’m Dr. Nasimah Israth.
My journey began with science, expanded into healing, and deepened through motherhood.
After my second birth, I experienced firsthand how different recovery feels when a woman needs more support—and how life-changing proper postpartum care can be when it is structured, intentional, and respected.
In many parts of the world, mothers are guided through 42 days of recovery as a standard—because healing is understood as essential, not optional. When I moved to Chennai, I realize
That gap became my mission.
Mamma Care Pro exists to help mothers reclaim their bodies, comfort, and confidence—through science-backed, integrative maternal wellness care delivered by trained professionals.
Sometimes Purpose Arrives Quietly
If there’s one thing life has taught me, it’s this:
Sometimes, purpose doesn’t arrive like a grand announcement. Sometimes, it arrives quietly—through our own body, our own healing, our own longing to feel like ourselves again.
Before science and motherhood, care was something I grew up witnessing. My mother, Dr. Aishah Bee, showed me that true healing lies in knowledge, compassion, and presence. From her, I learned that a woman’s wellbeing deserves time, dignity, and respect. That belief continues through everything we do at Mamma Care Pro.
From Science to Healing
I didn’t begin as someone who imagined building brands, leading teams of therapists and physicians, or shaping a new way of caring for mothers.
My journey began with a strong scientific foundation that trained me to approach healing with logic, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding the root cause—not just the surface.
But I also had an eye for beauty and a heart that leaned toward care. That naturally led me into cosmetology and aesthetic practice, where my professional path slowly became something deeper—a fascination with skin, not just as a surface, but as a story.
Understanding the Language of Skin
Over time, I realized something most people overlook:
Skin has a language.
And Indian skin – its climate, melanin, sensitivity,
lifestyle stressors, and environmental
exposure speaks differently.
I didn’t want one-size-fits-all skincare.
I wanted formulations that made sense for real Indian skin conditions, real lifestyles, and real concerns.
So I began creating in-house studying ingredients, understanding raw materials, and testing combinations that weren’t just trendy, but truly effective. This evolved into what I now call hybrid skincare where modern science meets traditional wisdom, and performance meets gentleness.
That vision eventually became my skincare brand:
INKAA Royal – Curated by Dr. Nas
Nearly two decades of work, learning, and formulation experience shaped me professionally.
But motherhood reshaped me personally.
Two Births. Two Phases of Life.
Two Very Different Recoveries.
I was born and brought up in Malaysia, in the beautiful city of Penang—and only later did I realize how fortunate I was to grow up in a culture where postpartum recovery is treated as a responsibility, not a luxury.
I had my first daughter, Ms. Khaliiesah Israth, in my 20s. Like many young mothers, I believed strength meant bouncing back quickly. I recovered—but I didn’t yet understand what deep recovery truly meant.
Nine years later, life gifted me my second daughter, Ms. Amyra Israth, when I was 33.
And this time, I felt the difference.
Not in theory.
Not in textbooks.
But in my body.
My muscles, posture, energy levels, and emotional
resilience all asked for deeper care.
I wasn’t weak.
I wasn’t failing.
I was simply a woman whose body had done something powerful again
and needed support that matched that power.
When Postpartum Care Is a Culture
In Penang, postpartum care was never just pampering.
It was 42 days of intentional recovery wound care, body therapies, warmth, nourishment, rest, and structure—designed to restore a woman’s quality of life, not just help her cope.
I experienced what happens when a woman is truly held during recovery.
A system that holds a woman’s hand after childbirth
when the visitors stop coming,
when the baby becomes the centre of everything,
when the mother is expected to “manage”,
even while her body is still bleeding, aching,
changing, shrinking back during the most critical
six weeks of uterine recovery.
And then the answer became unavoidable:
If India doesn’t have it—let me build it.
The Gap I Could Not Ignore
After marriage, I moved back to Chennai, as my husband, Mr. Mohamed Israth, holds a
position of great responsibility and respect in his professional life, and our family needed to be rooted here.
But in Chennai, I felt a painful gap.
Not because doctors weren’t skilled.
Not because hospitals weren’t advanced.
But because something essential was missing.
The Birth of Mamma Care Pro
That decision became my second birth.
Mamma Care Pro was not created as a business idea.
It was born from lived experience, scientific understanding,
and a deep awareness of what mothers truly need—but rarely receive.
We created care that is: Science-backed
Guided by AYUSH-based traditional therapeutic practices
Delivered by a strong team of doctors, physicians, and trained therapists
Focused on both external therapies and internal recovery
Designed around a mother’s most critical healing window—not rushed timelines
From Postpartum to the Entire Maternal Journey
As I worked with more women, another truth became clear:
We are arriving too late.
Women deserve support:
- Before they conceive
- Throughout pregnancy
- During childbirth preparation
- And especially during postpartum recovery—where nutrition, pain management, lactation, posture correction, emotional overwhelm, and physical weakness quietly affect their quality of life.
I wanted to build a continuum of care, not isolated services.

Care That Reaches Mothers Where They Are
Not every mother can travel.
Not every mother has support.
Not every mother feels safe leaving home.
So we expanded into home-based maternal care—bringing trained professionals, including AYUSH-board therapists, directly to a mother’s doorstep.
Because recovery doesn’t happen only in clinics.
It happens where a mother lives.
Where she cries quietly.
Where she learns to hold her baby.
Where she tries to remember herself.
Why
This Work
Matters
Everything I have built comes from one belief:
When a woman heals well, everything around her heals too.
Her quality of life returns.
Her confidence stabilises.
Her emotional strength deepens.
Her family benefits.
And the next generation begins from a healthier foundation.
This is not just maternal care.
This is generational care
This Is My Story
Not just as a doctor.
Not just as a founder.
But as a woman who knows what it feels like to need healing—and who decided that other women should never have to ask for it in silence.
With warmth and purpose,
Dr. Nasimah Israth
